A well-meaning houseguest threw out our sourdough starter, so here at Breadtestr, we’re switching to commercial yeast preferments until our new culture is ready for its debut.

LoafDrop Opportunities:

9 PM – 10 PM: Mission, Hayes, Alamo Square, NoPa

Ingredients: Organic raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar, King Arthur Bread Flour, King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour

Leavener: Fleischmann’s Active Dry Yeast (in a 12-hour pre-ferment)

New or Different Techniques Applied: Commercial yeast fun times!!
